Are you worried about wildfires? Addressing the Climate Crisis In Tustin

Wildfires threaten Tustin and North Tustin more than ever. Droughts have limited our water supply, spiked our utility bills, and threaten the food chain. Rising sea levels threaten all of Orange County. These are just some of the problems that climate change cause, and things continue to get hotter – July 2019 was the hottest month ever.
But we can do something about it!
The City of Irvine (of all places!) just adopted a Climate Action Plan. We are launching our efforts to get the Tustin City Council (and the OC Board of Supervisors) to follow their lead and adopt a Climate Action Plan for Tustin, so that we can work locally to fight climate change and save the planet.
Speakers Include:
Farrah Khan, Irvine City Councilmember
Patty Yoo, Climate Reality Project-OC
Jackie Cunningham George, Science Teacher – Columbus Tustin Middle School
Bella Salzman, Student – Foothill High School
